Sales Network
Sales network has been set up across the country. It consists of distributors, dealers, agents and service centers across the country. Network system has been set up for each state and major cities within.
In states where there are sizable market and sales figures are reasonably high, branch offices have been established by TA itself, Isfahan and Qom to name a few. Office premises are owned by TA & personnel are on TA pay role.
Warehouses have been rented and set up to supply products on regular basis in major cities.
Tehran is comprised of three offices; AP/UP and Light Commercial sale, Split Unit, and central service center.
Service
After sales service across the country is under supervision of central after sales office in Tehran.
This separate entity set up by TA controls the following:
- Controls and keep track of provided services, required spare parts and related inventory.
- Controls after sales department offices across the country, both independent and TA service centers.
- Total people working for TA’s service department in Tehran’s office and other cities are more than 30 in number.
- Certified & Trained Technicians and Engineers.
- More than 550,000$ spare parts in stock.
- Engineers and technicians have passed many local & international
- training courses in refrigeration system and trouble shooting in
- Daikin/McQuay, Clivet, Shuangliang, Danfoss/Turbocore and Bitzer
